💭 Why This Project: Breaking Geographic Barriers in Medicine
The Last Trapped Resource

Money crosses borders in milliseconds. Knowledge flows through the internet. A teenager in rural India learns physics from MIT professors. Yet medical expertise—the most valuable knowledge for saving lives—remains trapped behind geographic walls.

I'm Prof. Han SJ, 9-year internal medicine professor at Seoul National University Hospital. At my hospital, world-class specialists sit idle while 4 hours away in Vietnam, people die from conditions we prevent with a $20 blood test. This isn't a resource problem. It's a distribution problem.

March 2025: We Proved It Works

A medical school friend runs dermatology clinics (20+ Korea, 3 Hong Kong, 1 Ho Chi Minh). We experimented: I trained an AI chatbot with my medical knowledge and deployed it to his Vietnamese CS team via WhatsApp/Zalo.

October 2025 Results: 6,028 consultations, 41,000 messages, 1.09min response time, 7 CS agents. Cost: 1/5. Capacity: 10x. Operators: Not even medical professionals.

The Wake-Up Call

Our 30 Vietnamese employees: 2-3 will die from liver cancer in 10-20 years because they don't know they're hepatitis carriers. In Korea, we solved this—screen every 6 months, catch Stage 1, 50-70% cure rate. Vietnam: same prevalence, 87.8% detected Stage 3-4 when it's too late.

Not because Vietnam lacks doctors. Because traditional medical delivery can't scale.

The Infrastructure Exists

✅ Ho Chi Minh clinic ✅ AI-trained Vietnamese CS team ✅ WhatsApp/Zalo platform ✅ Korean hepatology partners ✅ Proven efficiency (1/5 cost, 10x capacity)

Investment Needed: $31.2M

This is an impact investment opportunity: Build Vietnam's leading cancer screening network while saving 1,000 lives.

The highest ROI is measured in lives saved AND sustainable business created.
